Booking

  • As far as advance in possible, preferably 6 months. Spaces fill up quick.

  • No, however you are more than welcome.

  • Yes, I currently have families with 7 dogs.

  • Yes, that’s no problem.

During the stay

  • Minimum of 3 walks a day.

  • Each walk can be up to 40 minutes. Weather dependant.

  • Customers instructions but normally twice a day.

  • Yes, you will videos and any messages will be answered.

  • We will contact you regarding any issue that happens with your dog during it’s stay.

Health & safety

  • We will contact your vet and yourself, then we will always try take them to their registered vet.

  • We have kennels that do not look onto other kennels and will walk your dog separately from the pack. We use balls or frizzbees to exercise the individual dogs.

  • Yes, we do. We do not charge extra for this, however all medication must be in the original packaging with labels.

  • Yes they are. There are security doors on every door and also camera all round the property for added security.

  • We will always try to accommodate these sort of situations. We always keep a couple of spare kennels for emergencies like these.

Payment & policy

  • You can pay on either drop-off or collection.

  • If there are any issues with your dog prior to their visit, please let us know so we can document it.
